Cake Art Platinum Mud Cake Mix 1kg

This Platinum Mud Cake Mix by Cake Art has a silky texture which makes a dense and rich cake that you can gauge the amount of chocolate or add alcohol of your choice to enhance the taste and aroma. Always a winner at any function.

For a 6" cake you will need:

500g mud cake mix
100ml canola oil
150ml water
100g dark chocolate
2 eggs

Directions:

1. Preheat over to 150 degrees
2. Heat oil, chocolate and additional flavours to smooth liquid
3. Blend mud cake mix with water and eggs, mix on low for 1 min
4. Add chocolate and oil mix and beat on medium for 4 mins
5. Cook for 2 hours approx. Cooked when a skewer comes out clean.
