This ivory fondant or ready to roll icing is a pliable and dough like fondant that can be kneaded, moulded into shapes or rolled out like a pastry to cover most wedding or novelty cakes. This fondant is coloured in ivory and can be toned down using white icing. This saves you having to add large quantities of colouring to white fondant to achieve the same results. Plastic icing gives cakes a matte and perfectly smooth finish and has a semi-soft texture. Made in Australia by Cake Art. Contains a low level of gluten.
