When substituting LorAnn Creme De Menthe Oil Flavour for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. LorAnn Creme De Menthe Oil Flavour does not contain vegetable oil and unlike extracts it's flavour does not diminish when exposed to high heat.
