Edgers Side Fondant Smoother

This side fondant smoother by Edgers achieves three functions at the same time:

1. Smooth the sides of the cake
2. Smooth the covered board
3. Gives a clean finish line between the cake and board

When smoothing around the sides of the cake, the base plate remains on the board and as this tool is built to a right angle, you will always achieve vertical sides. This Edger side fondant smoother measures approximately 110 x 75mm.
