It is commonly used to make sugar flowers, figurines and decorative pieces. Finished pieces will set hard keeping it's form and shape. Satin Ice Gum Paste is used by famous cake designers such as Elissa Strauss, Buddy Valastro(Cake Boss), Ron Ben and many more. Comes in a 910g pail sealed for freshness. Can be stored for up to 1 year at room temperature in an airtight container.
