CakePlay Isomalt Sticks Emerald

These convenient, precooked, ready to use eemerald coloured isomalt sticks by CakePlay allows you to start decorating in just a few minutes. Simply melt the isomalt sticks in the microwave and you are ready to go. CakePlay's isomalt sticks are made with the highest-purity isomalt available and it's colour and clarity remains true during melting and application. Comes in a bag of 12 sticks. Approximately 2 1/2 teaspoon per stick (1 teaspoon 7g). Made in the USA. Instructions included.

Instructions
Break desired number of isomalt sticks into half and place into a microwavable cup.
Melt in 15 seconds increment until isomalt is the desired consistency and bubbles form.
Unused isomalt sticks can be kept for 2 years in tightly sealed container at room temperature.
Leftover isomalt can be poured into a non stick of Silpat mat, cooled and stored.

Note: Due to the fragility of isomalt sticks, they may break in transit but can still be used and melted.
