Satin Ice is known for making high quality satin smooth rolled fondant. It is used by many well known cake decorators such as Jorg Amsler, Buddy Valastro (cake boss), Elisa Strauss and many more. Satin Ice ready to roll (RTR) icing fondant are gluten, dairy & nut free. It does not contain any animal derived products & is certified kosher (except for Satin Ice gum paste which contains egg white). Contains 0g trans fats, 0mg cholesterol.
