LorAnn Oils Flavourings

Lorann Oils has been manufacturing & distributing essential oils since 1962 and is well known for it's high quality oils & flavourings for candy making and baking. Baking Pleasures is proud to stock 44 different flavours of LorAnn Oils Super Strength Flavours (Candy Oils). These flavours are 3 to 4 times stronger compared to grocery store extracts. You only need 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of LorAnn Oil when substituting 1 teaspoon of extract. LorAnn Oils Super Strength Flavours (Candy Oils) does not contain vegetable oil and does not diminish when exposed to high heat. It is suitable for hard candy, candy centers, fondants, frostings, fudges, cakes, cookies, brownies & sweet breads. It is kosher, gluten & sugar free (except Canadiam Maple & Horchata). One dram contains approximately 3.7 mls or .125 fluid ounces and is roughly equal to one teaspoon.
