1.1 Placing an order


  1. Browse our wide range of products by clicking on the 'Categories' tab on the top of the page.
  2. When you find something you wish to purchase, click the 'Add To Cart' button.
  3. To review the items that you have added to your shopping cart, click the 'Shopping Cart' icon on the top.
  4. Once you are satisfied, click the 'Check Out' tab on the top.
  5. If you are a returning customer, enter your email/password and your shipping details will automatically be populated
  6. If you are a new customer, enter your email and a password and an account will be created
  7. Once completed, you will be shown your order summary and a copy of your order details will be emailed to you
  8. Your order will be processed as soon as payment clears

Credit card transactions are transmitted securely using 128bit Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and are processed using ANZ Egate.

1.3 Out of Stock Products

We do our best to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. However there are times where there may be fewer items in stock than what you may have ordered. In the event when an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, in a case by case basis, we will:

Shipping


3.1 Shipping methods

We understand that quick delivery is of major importance, and we do our best to post orders placed and paid for by credit card before 10:30AM Brisbane time (Mon-Fri) on the same day.Please note that same day postage is the day we post your order and not the day your order will be delivered.

All other orders are posted 1 business day after payment clears.

All orders are posted from Brisbane via Australia Post & Fastway and delivery times will depend on shipping method and where you reside.

If you require extra cover/insurance, please email us at shop@bakingpleasures.com.au as all shipping options below are not insured. We are only able to reinburse orders that are insured.


Australia Post E-Parcel
As a guideline from Australia Post, the approximate postal delivery time is between 3-7 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, NT & WA). A signature is required upon delivery.

Australia Post Express Post
Postal delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, NT & WA). Trackable.

3.2 Shipping Rates & Charges

We offer trackable standard & express shipping options. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for parcels up to 20kg. Shipping via Express is dependant on weight and size of items and will automatically be calculated on checkout. As a general guideline, here are our shipping rates:

Standard Flat Rate (up to 20kg): $7.95
Express (< 500g): $9.95
Express (500g - 2kg): $14.95
Express (2 - 3kg): $16.95
Express (3 - 5kg): $21.95

3.3 When to expect your order

At Baking Pleasures, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible.

For direct deposit payments, please notify us as soon as payment has been made so that we can pack and prepare your order for shipment once payment clears.

Below are approximate postal delivery times as advised by Australia Post

Standard: 3-7 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, WA & NT)
Express: 1-2 business days (depending on your postcode)

3.4 Incorrect address & unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected from the post office, a return fee of $10.00 will be charged (This fee is imposed by Australia Post and not Baking Pleasures). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct & that the parcel is collected.

Returns


4.1 Return Policy

We do not accept requests for returns if you change your mind. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Email us at shop@bakingpleasures.com.au if you wish to organize a return.

For hygiene reasons the following products are non exchangeable nor returnable. These include but are not limited to food products, cutters, moulds, edible prints, tubes, decorating tools, cake tins. Items that are returned must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
